I have been at the Chateau Party, too and I was there because of Limahl.
The first two artists had difficulties in winning the public‘s hearts, because we were not in the mood, yet.
I bought an ice-cream, because I had not eaten, yet (see thre photo).
When Benjamin Boyce came up onto the stage, my mother and I went forward towards the stage through an interstice we found at the side and we enjoyed the concert. A few times he (BB) even looked at me. He drank out of a big bottle of Evian water and several times he spat out on the floor „by accident“. Then he went towards the audience with the bottle in his hand and some people thought, he wanted to sprinkle them, but he said:“ I am not that mean.“
When Limahl entered the stage, the audience was in the best mood.. He danced with creativity and very, very beautifully. I realized he was wearing his plateau shoes.He sang songs like „You to me are everything“ and that for a whole hour.He came to me, smiled and pointed at me with his finger. Once he sat at the edge of the stage and swang his legs. Then he sprang down and shook hands with everybody. Later he stood in the middle of the barricade and came very close to me.

Towards the end of the show he threw an autograph to each corner of the stage.I got one, too and I was very happy.
On the way back home, I knew this had been something very special, because he had looked at me about seven times. It was really wonderful.
