I was at the Best of Formel Eins Show on 21th of april 2004 and it was really fanatstic. We were standing at the redder carpet with some other fans and were waiting for the limousines.
At maybe half past five pm they came. Then at long last the Limousine we were waiting for drove up, the one of Limahl. There were some teams with cameras and photographers, who took a photo of everyone of the stars.

The door of the limousine was opned but Limahl stood inside the car for at least 3 minutes, because there was another star on the redder carpet. When he saw us fans, you could see how he began to beam with joy
He came out of the limousine and shook hands with everyone of us, he gave autographes and we could make photos of him. He was very nice.
When all the stars was going in, we could go in too.
When we were in the room (all looked like in the eighties) we found our place directly in front of the stage. It was great. There was only 350 ticktes sold, so that it was not too crowded. We was allowed to take photos, to film and so on.
We now were waiting for the big act of Limahl, but he was the last but one.
He performed “too shy” with his band. Of course he sang live.
During his performance he came to us fans, shook hands and gesticulated very nice
When the show was over, all the stars came back on stage again and said goodbye to the audiance. The only one who had the time for his fans was of course Limahl. He talked with us, gave autographes and we could took photos with him.
We were the last fans in the room, and were going, when they started to clean up.
All things considered you could say it was a felicitous evening and you could live to see very close to limahl. He is really very nice to his fans. No airs and graces
